2 DES cargoes delivered to GwangYang LNG Terminal. End-to-end cargo management including shipping coordination and terminal interface.

Kutubdia Offshore LNG Regas Terminal
Client: PetroBangla, Bangladesh
EPCIC feasibility study for a floating regasification terminal offshore Kutubdia Island. Scope included FSU vessel specification, Gas Port mooring design, sendout system, and a 15-year BOOT commercial structure.

2 DES cargoes delivered to GwangYang LNG Terminal for POSCO-KOMIPO. End-to-end cargo management: shipping coordination, scheduling, and terminal interface.
Trilateral MOU — PETRONAS, Global LNG, PetroBangla
MOU signed between PETRONAS, Global LNG Sdn Bhd, and PetroBangla for the Kutubdia Offshore LNG Regas Terminal Project, Bangladesh. First formal commitment from one of the world's largest LNG producers on this project.
Term Sheet Signed — Kutubdia Consortium
Term sheet executed between PetroBangla and a consortium comprising Hong Kong Shanghai Manjala Power (HSMPL), Petronas LNG Ltd, and Global LNG Sdn Bhd for the Kutubdia Offshore LNG Regas Terminal.
EPCIC Feasibility Study Completed — Bangladesh
Full feasibility study delivered: FSU vessel specification, Gas Port mooring design, sendout system engineering, and a 15-year BOOT commercial structure for PetroBangla.
Government-to-Government MOU — Malaysia ↔ Bangladesh
G2G MOU signed between Malaysia's Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Dato' Sri Mustapha Mohamed) and Bangladesh's State Minister of Power, Energy & Mineral Resources (H.E. Nasrul Hamid). Global LNG facilitated energy cooperation at sovereign government level.
